Here in Call Sanitizing, we understand life can get in the way. So, if it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled service, Call Sanitizing requires a two business day notice. If we receive less than two business days’ notice, it will be necessary to charge you the full price of your sanitizing.

Schedule or service changes will be made by contacting the main office.

Recurring services that have gotten a discounted price, will be charged with our regular pricing if cancelled after only one sanitizing. 

The most preferred and convenient method is to have the customer give us access to the living space (home, car or business), we will handle our service and give a estimated time frame of finalizing and having the customer return to lock and secure everything.


Customer must meet the minimal requirement to receive offered bonus, the service must be for a full house or business. Minimum amount of square footage to be 700 Square Feet.


 Call Sanitizing accepts MasterCard, Visa, or Cash. Checks are accepted only for homes and business services.

Full payment is due the day of your Disinfecting Service.

Credit Card information must be kept on file. Your account will be charged the balance due, plus any fees, on the day of your cleaning unless you have notified the Call Sanitizing office in writing that an alternate form of payment will be provided at the time of service.

A $40 fee will be charged for each returned check.


Recurring Disinfecting Services are scheduled and discussed when defining your service. Single services are scheduled as standard blocks of time. Every effort will be made to complete your service within the time allocated. Please note that we will inform every customer before finalizing the service the estimated time of handling the services, to return and secure the living space.

We try to have the same technicians disinfect your home, car or business on a regular basis, however, this is not guaranteed. Due to vacation, illness or departure from the company, Call Sanitizing may occasionally provide a replacement.


To ensure quality service for all valued clients, Call Sanitizing will arrive upon agreed time . Arrival time will be agreed prior to services, if under any circumstances the technician is not able to arrive within set time they will contact customer to inform them their ETA.


Call sanitizing is not liable for any type of damage, or loss of any kind. We ask customers to remove any type of valuables, within living spaces. All our technicians have background checks and work with the upmost honesty and high value. 

Call Sanitizing uses high-quality, EPA approved disinfectants, which we use to both wipe down all non porous surfaces and touching points and handle our fogging, to have the disinfectant airborne all around the house to ensure maximum sanitizing all throughout the living space. 


Your security is a priority for us.To provide credit card security and keep your personal information safe, we use Square Inc, to handle all type of card transactions within our site. All of your information is encrypted (scrambled) prior to being sent over the Internet to our system. To protect your information once we receive it, we place it on systems behind secure firewalls, which are communication-management computers designed to keep information safe and inaccessible to other Internet users..


We collect only the consumer's domain name (where possible), aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit on our site, and information volunteered by the consumer - such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number and the email addresses of those who fill out the service address forms.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our website, customize the content and/or layout of our web pages for each individual visitor, we don’t handle any type of cookies. 

With respect to security. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site

Opt-In: Submitting a service request and/or calling Call Sanitizing to request a service is treated as an opt-in to receive service related follow up and information from Call Sanitizing

If you supply us with your email address you will only receive communications related to Call Sanitizing related services and offerings.

If you supply us with your postal address you will only receive periodic mailings from us with information on promotions, services or upcoming events.

If you supply us with your telephone number you will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding requested services.

If you supply us with your mobile telephone number you will only receive texts from us once you have become a Call Sanitizing customer
